Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@umicellar.com .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [support@umicellar.com] with:

    • Your order number

    • A short description of your issue

    • Photos if applicable (e.g. damaged item, packaging, or proof of use)

  2. Our support team will respond within 3 business days.

  3. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  4. Please note that the shipping costs will be deducted from the product price before refund.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. There is no additional cost for returning items.

Refund Processing Time:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned product. So, refund processing time is 30 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@umicellar.com . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
