Stated using bone health one. Just use when it's still not watery. Once watery the effects not very good already. Using 3 to 4 times a day. So far helps with knee joint pain. It reduces a lot but need to keep using to see new bone formation result. Also bend your knee and apply. So it absorb more. Apply behind knee also. Have to use ample amount.
